David Haddock

As Chief Legal Officer, David Haddock is responsible for leading the company’s legal, compliance and regulatory activities.

David most recently served as Chief Legal Officer at JenCare within the ChenMed family of companies, and before that as general counsel and secretary for Magellan Health, a managed care company (now part of Centene). Prior to Magellan, David was the general counsel and corporate secretary for Quality Care Properties, a healthcare real estate investment trust, and Sunrise Senior Living, an owner, developer and operator of senior housing. Prior to his general counsel roles, David served as in-house counsel at several large public companies, and as associate counsel at two major law firms, where he focused on corporate transactions, securities and governance.

David has a bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University and earned his juris doctorate from the University of Virginia School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. David enjoys the outdoors, coaches little league baseball and is a devoted father to his two sons.
