Qualities of a ChenMed Brand Ambassador:

LOVE

  • Engagement – It’s not how many followers a person has, but how much they engage with their followers and the influence they have among them.
  • Authenticity – ChenMed Brand Ambassadors must be genuine in their social posts. Non-traditional sales/non-recruitment-like posts. They must be able to attract followers in a genuine and engaging format.

ACCOUNTABILITY

  • Professionalism – ChenMed Brand Ambassadors must have a high standard of conduct that exudes our values and behaviors both in person and as the online persona.
  • Versatility – As we share the ChenMed message using the Amplify tool, we will guide users with suggested copy, but with all messaging, a Brand Ambassador must be able to distinguish and understand the message shared and use their unique voice and ability to speak to their audience.

PASSION

  • Positivity – A ChenMed Brand Ambassador should have a positive attitude both in person and online. Their profiles should not shed a negative light towards others and other brands.
  • Dedication – a ChenMed Brand Ambassador should be dedicated to sharing company news and applauding industry-related announcements.
