ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designs and delivers and clearly articulates technical solutions utilizing the company’s Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) system.
Manages the administration, support and training for the company’s ITSM system.
Coaches, supports and mentors less-experienced staff in their development projects.
Influences peers and technical staff within the team and collaborates with internal customers and work teams across departments.
Executes rollout/release plans for both new ITSM applications and upgrades to existing ITSM applications.
Ensures that ITSM applications & configurations comply with company security and change management policies.
Tests and documents software for client applications.
Participates in On-call duties as necessary to support the ITSM applications.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with client side and server side scripting.
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite products, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word required; proficiency in MS Access preferred.
Fluent in English.
Position requires use of independent judgement.
5-10% of local travel required for this role.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE CRITERIA:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical and/or Bachelor's degree preferred.
3-5 years of related work experience required.
Experience working with multiple common business application systems, including but not limited to: Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems; Human resources information systems (HRIS) or Human resources management systems (HRMS), Web development, Information technology service management (ITSM) systems, Customer relationship management (CRM) systems, Content management systems (CMS), Integrated workplace management systems (IWMS), Enterprise document management (EDM) systems or Enterprise content management (ECM) systems and Mobile Apps.
Experience with the Agile development methodology.
