Education is essential in the development of future physicians. To foster an effective learning environment for resident physicians, we are asking for their help in shaping the future of primary care. As an organization that practices a value-based care model, it’s important to us to understand residents’ attitudes toward and knowledge of value-based care.

If you are currently enrolled in a medical residency program, we want to hear from you! Your thoughts will contribute to a report about the attitudes toward value-based care. As a survey participant, you’ll receive a copy of the report before it’s released to the public!

You can expect to spend about 10 minutes contributing your thoughts to the survey. But don’t delay - only the first 1,000 residents that complete a survey will receive a $10 Starbucks gift card. Who doesn’t love a great cup of coffee?
