Steven May

As the Chief Digital Officer, Steven May is responsible for driving growth through technology and providing strategic oversight to ChenMed’s proprietary healthcare and information technology systems.

Steven most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Product and Engineering Officer at ChenMed, and within the ChenMed family of companies including Curity and JenCare.

Prior to joining ChenMed, Steven was a senior leader for UKG, formerly known as Ultimate Software. During his tenure, he oversaw the creation and innovation of the large-scale workforce management software-as-a-service solutions. Before joining UKG, Steven founded more than a dozen successful technology startups creating differentiated technology offerings across diverse sectors, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Steven is a South Florida native and loves staying active in his community. Steven enjoys weight training, boating, fishing and motor sports. In his spare time, he also enjoys mentoring emerging entrepreneurs.

Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Florida State University, and a Leading Innovation Change executive certificate from the University of California in Berkley. Additionally, Steven has been recognized for technology innovation by CIO Magazine, including CIO’s 100 Top Most Innovative Companies and was finalist for South Florida CIO of the Year award.
