Mike Bruff

As Chief Financial Officer, Mike Bruff is responsible for strategic finance, corporate control, treasury, actuarial, and finance systems and transformation.

Mike most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at JenCare within the ChenMed family of companies and before that as Chief Financial Officer at both LifeStance Health and Varian Medical Systems.

Prior to Varian, Mike served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President for Dell North America, and Chief Finance Officer for Dell Asia-Pacific, Dell Greater China and Dell Global Commercial, during which time he was responsible for sales strategy, planning, operations, productivity optimization, accounting, treasury and controls. Mike started his career at Deloitte and MCI Telecommunications.

Mike spends the majority of his free time with his wife and two daughters, living in Austin, Texas, and traveling internationally. Mike enjoys playing golf, multi-sport training and is a two-time IRONMAN finisher.

Mike holds dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and accounting from the University of Maryland.
