About Dr. Terrell Bacchus: Partner and Market Chief Medical Officer for Dedicated Senior Medical Center’s Jacksonville market, Terrell Bacchus hails originally from Toronto, Canada.  He received his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from The University of Waterloo in Ontario. He received his M.D. from Ross University and completed his Residency in Family Medicine, at Emory University.
