He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Virginia Academy of Family Physicians, the Medical Society of Virginia, and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.

About Dr. Ricardo Melendez: Dr. Melendez has always been fascinated with the human body and dedicated his life to helping others after seeing the impact of his grandfather’s health complications. “It is truly rewarding to give back to older generations with the care they deserve,” Dr. Melendez-Fadhel says. “By improving their health and quality of life, I hope to help them spend more time focusing on what matters most.”

About Dr. Ariadna Delvasto: As a dedicated physician, Dr. Delvasto highlights the importance of shared decision making with her patients. “Communication is the key to every relationship,” she says. Dr. Adamski adds that she always strives to clearly explain a patient’s health issues to them, so they can make an informed decision. Her favorite part of her profession is helping the community, and she actively works to provide patients with “an integral intervention between physical and psychological health assessments.”
