JenCare Senior Medical Center Opens Sixth Chicagoland Location; Expands Access to High-Touch Primary Care for Underserved Seniors

JenCare Senior Medical Center today opened a new medical practice in the Greater Chicago area, at 600 Sibley Boulevard, expanding its offerings of primary care to underserved seniors. The new Dolton location brings the number of JenCare centers in Chicago to six. In 2020, the ChenMed family of companies has opened more than 15 new medical centers in seven cities, including additional Orlando and Columbus centers also opening this week.

They provide high-touch personalized primary care, giving patients their personal cell phone numbers for timely replies to texts and/or calls. This high-touch primary care with early cardiovascular risk factor modification has led to 40 percent lower mortality among Medicare-eligible seniors with COVID-19, according to a study published in the American Journal of Preventive Cardiology.
