Tricortea con ChenMed | Halloween Virtual Happy Hour

We’re inviting residents from across the Isla del Encanto for a special virtual happy hour. Tricortea with ChenMed and come in your best Halloween costume.

During the event, you’ll hear from our Primary Care experts, Dr. Faisel Syed and Dr. Erwin Parra, who hails from the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. We’ll discuss the power of value-based care and how this model of care is aiding our most vulnerable communities. 

About the Speakers:

About Dr. Faisel Syed: Dr. Syed has recently been featured on international news outlets to discuss COVID-19. He earned his medical degree at the Iberoamerican University in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic before moving on to perform his family medicine residency in Columbus, Georgia. Upon completing his residency in 2014, he began serving the Tampa community and has been making an impact ever since.

Dr. Erwing Parra: Dr. Parra earned his medical degree at the Universidad Central del Este in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic and completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the Mayagüez Medical Center in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico. He is also a member of the American College of Physicians.

When asked what the favorite part of his profession is, Dr. Parra responded, “I am able to make a change in a person’s quality of life.”
