SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

Our SMS messaging campaigns reach out to current patients with information related to their healthcare, including but not limited to, appointments, reminders, prescription refills, and health check-ins. Our SMS messaging campaigns also provide information regarding Chenmed and its services to recipients.  We may use AI programs to facilitate these campaigns.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your activity and preferences.

3. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You can opt out of the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the short code. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us as part of the Program. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and you will be re-enrolled in the Program.

5. Customer Support (HELP)

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or get help directly at patientrelations@chenmed.com.

6. Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Modifications to Terms

ChenMed reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
